SINGLE KAYAKS
Single kayaks allow paddlers to pursue their own course at their own pace. They are lighter in weight and have more storage space (per person) compared to tandem kayaks.

TANDEM KAYAKS
Tandem kayaks are heavier than single kayaks but more stable in rougher conditions. They can generally be maneuvered faster than single kayaks and allow paddlers to take turns to counter fatigue.

PADDLE BOARDS
Paddle boards typically require less effort to move forward compared to kayaks. Our paddles are adjustable so paddlers can stand, kneel or sit depending on preference. We offer both inflatable and hard-shell boards.

HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT?
Grab your gear and come see us at our Blue Heart Kayaking location. Our launch site is located less than one mile away from Blue Heart Springs. We charge a $5 fee per person (children under 5 are free). These fees help cover the costs of the permits, insurance and other amenities we offer. We also offer a shuttle service for guests who want to experience Blue Heart Springs and Ritter Island without the return paddle upriver. During checkout, add the $10 shuttle service for one member in your party. This individual will obtain their vehicle from Blue Heart Kayaking and return to 1000 Springs Resort for remaining group members and personal equipment. We do not shuttle personal equipment for liability reasons.
*Customers launching from 1000 Springs Resort with their own equipment will need to check-in with 1000 Springs Resort staff upon arrival.
